Water Ski Clubs

Blackwater Powerboat and Ski Club Inc operates on the Bedford weir, which is located 25 kilometers north of Blackwater on the Blackwater Cooroorah Road, Mackenzie River, QLD.
Our small family orientated club is situated on the water’s edge with powered camping facilities with shower and toilets. Members have full use of various equipment including a slalom course. The club is host to various events throughout the year from tournament water skiing and barefooting and being a part of the annual Saratoga Fishing Classic.

Sarina Ski Club is a small, family focused waterski club based west of Sarina, in a beautiful picturesque, man-made dam nestled within the Shylo Nature Refuge Mountains, called Middle Creek Dam. The Club was established in 1974, yet the dam itself was created as water for the Sarina sugar mill back in early 1960’s.

The Rockhampton Ski Club was formed in 1976 and situated 13 kilometres up stream of the barrage. The club offers both an amazing place to ski and well-maintained facilities & camping areas. We as a club, encourage and welcome anyone from first-time skiers to veterans in the sport of any discipline.
